lets think about some dates heredo we know the order of what happened here,
did vxl get put on the who list, then file for a patent, i wonder if the who knew they were going to do this, or they were told to. i have no idea
then another patent filed, did the who see this coming,
and now, apparently we are still on that who list, seems pretty interesting.
