Ok, it can can control inflammation in lungs, kidney and liver. But the inflamed tissue of those organ are not the problem to be solved. What is to be solved is the inflamed or infected blood vessels present within those organs. Maybe it will work but the inflamed endothelial cells showing the specific inflamation marker called e-selectin is still very much present and sending signal to the immune system to send the white blood cells. Metablok may work, but I rather have an agent particularly targeting the infected blood vessels.
