RE:RE:RE:todays tradeshow may times do I have to say this, that the phrase not for distribution by US News service is there so that VXL wont have any liabilities or any payable just in case US news service such as UPI or Associated Press distribute it in USA. They do that so that they cannot be billed. VAXIL does not report to SEC, they have no obligation per PINK listings. If your compay reports to SEC, then you have an obligation to have your news carried by US news service. That phrase is standard for Canadian reporting companies, tons of example out there.
