So do I get the cookie for the no news release part or do I have to wait until it hits 45?

Maybe a small private placement at 40 announced and sold out quickly. Stock stuck in the forties until, unless, a eureka moment at next press release in March. I'd call this worst case scenario in a bull market. All bets are off in a bear market , ie dow drops 10% or more.
