I'm 100% against this dilutive acquisition !!!We know nothing about this shell company Vaxil wants to aquire for 25 milllion units ....one share at .10 and another warrant at .20   

Please get your house in order first.... Goren always said they didn't have many resources to do the things they need to do to get the peptides to market .....this company will suck all the capital out and leave Vaxil bankrupt ......

Shareholders need to stand up and say no to this !!!!
