OK, lets all talk about this, with the PP

i can't confirm any of this, it's only for conversation.

if dg said that vxl didn't need any more money, and then 3 weeks or whatever does a PP, could something have happened so drastcially in such a short time, and at a low sp, like i said, could something have happened inbetween, the timing to me does not seem unreasonable, and i think that vxl should be trading exactly where it should be, at 0.085, holding steady.  now what happens if the pp does not go through, and vxl only has a million bucks in the bank, who knows, with that pp money now gone, its gone, so with one million, can they make it.

They could have raised 3 million at .17 while they were still trading in the high .20's when they still had positive momentum.....l think they wanted to do the huge dilution all along from early April and the brokers knowing that it would be priced at .085 then could naked short the stock right down from the mid .20's all the way down even on positive news . ...which is what happened April
