One must keep in mind writedowns are just paper notations and based on a so called expert opinion , the future is so very hard to forecast . 

I do have faith in Mr.Yeoman , unless all the acquisitions are truly wothess there should be nortn of 150 million in now non strategic businesses. A sale would clean up the balance sheet and allow the company to concentrate on its winners, in my opinion:

1) Bluewater 
2) appraisal now
3) opinion title

if you can read , i have not been a fan for sometime of the company , sold my shares in the fall of 2022.  i am only following to see if there is an entry ppoint that makes sense , which is if they can clean up balance sheet with either sales or an equity offering. Post the clean up I am prepared to reengage, until then i will continue to monitor and comment , Mr. Yeoman was primarily

agree with the hypothesis , until the warants are executed this will trade poorly , runs to the upside then heavy selling seen this movie before.
