In regards to your concerns, I have contacted Vizsla, requesting information on the the type of mining method they are pursuing. They reassured that it will be a under ground mine, and their permitting process is progressing well.
Mexico is not permitting open pit mines.
Hopefully this satisfy your concerns, as much as it has my.
