Compared to this, WAN is trading at about 8.9x 2013 EV/EBITDA. Forward looking is even cheaper as there is revenue growth + margins are expanding + cash pile is building.
I don't know about getting to the 31x, but one thing is for sure... WAN is trading at a very cheap price and as it gets discovered, it's should be moving up.
