While the workovers will probably show in the next statement oil shows to be holding above $80.

WCE has great oil reserves 'Oil and gas annual disclosure filing' Jul 28 2021 https://www.sedar.com/CheckCode.do Moreover, WCE has besides strong oil reserves a 5,5 mln NPV with 10% discount on page 3. This should become higher after the workovers and higher oil prices than the $60 used in the report. The market cap is very small compared to this, not including their facility which doesn't show on the balance sheet.

A short summary on the other fundamentals:
They have a facility not on the balance sheet, and high acquisition prices paid in the area. They did a debt settlement last month for 10 cents per share, higher than the stock price. This will be visible in the new financials. https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!WCE-3159901/C/WCE

WCE costs have been higher due to workovers. But I doubt this company was acquired in 2016, and more capital put in by major shareholdes, for only small levels of production. I believe something is brewing here with the facility not being used by neighbour oil companies.
