World Copper Ltd. is a Canada-based exploration stage junior mining company, which is engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of mineral resources in Chile and the United States. The Company has one operating segment, being the mineral resource industry with its exploration and evaluation assets in the United States and Chile. It is focused on the exploration and development of its copper porphyry projects: Escalones and Cristal in Chile, and Zonia in Arizona. The Escalones Project is a copper porphyry project comprising oxidized copper mineralization, and is located southeast of Santiago, Chile. The Cristal project is easily accessed from Arica to the west, or via highway 135 from the north or south. The project is located close to the port city of Arica, the Cristal Copper Project is situated in northernmost Chile, adjacent to the Peruvian border. The Zonia property is in the southern part of the Basin and Range Transition province of the North American Cordillera.

Our analyst opinion:  Resources increased by 54%; grades decreased by 16%. We believe the positive impact of higher tonnage more than offsets the negative impact of lower grades. Management believes resource expansion potential exists as a 2.5 km x 1.5 km anomaly has been delineated northeast of the current resource.
