McInnes is holding a large % of the O/S. I doubt he will let the company fail. However he is in his 70s now, and may well lack the energy to do anything. Clearly he needs to step aside, and let fresh blood onto the Board.
The company is tightly held, with a low float, and a decent property to develop. It would be a great takeover opportunity.
