("Metka") (a subsidiary of MYTILINEOS Energy & Metals (RIC: MYTr.AT, Bloomberg: MYTIL.GA, ADR: MYTHY US) ("MYTILINEOS")) of all the issued and outstanding shares of each of the following subsidiaries of Westbridge: Georgetown Solar Inc.
