I called the contact phone # and spoke with the lady making reservations.  I also enquired as to any further information on the topic.  I was forwarded on to her supervisor.  He was unable to give any technical information on topic siting  restrictions due to previous contract with subject.  He advised that it was not Haliburton promoting the lunchoen but the Spedallas group of which he was also a member.  In talking about John Warren he was very familiar with John and Johns past position with Haliburton.  The impression I got was that those attending this meeting would already be quiet familiar with John and further that a large turnout was expected.
