WEE certainly has a lot of potential and from all the research I have done so far I think they are on the right track. Their seems to be a lot of research being done by companies in order to find ways to extract more oil from the ground. However, the injection improvement achieved by Powerwave seems to be unique and it looks like it can be used to improve the effectiveness of any other EOR technology under development. Moreover, Powerwave is a very simple tool and also relatively very cheap for oil companies that want to improve oil reserves and production.
Under these conditions, achieving their goal of having Powerwave installed on 10% of all injection wells in north america seems abolutely achievable and perhaps even conservative. But even 10% market penetration would provide a nice stream of revenue and a very interesting share price (I like your numbers here!). By the way, analysts were talking about Apple yesterday and they mentionned that a growth stock usually have a P/E ratio that is two times the growth rate of the company. For example, if WEE's growth rate would reach 20%, the stock could trade at 40 P/E.
I think the biggest risk with WEE right now is that the market would start to sell in a panic like last year, but I don't see that coming at this time. Hopefully big contracts are coming and we will see the share price start to move again. Like you always say, speculation of course.
