RE: RE: RE: RE: WeeeeeeDon't understand the Mexican risk?  Major oil drillers are invested in Mexico.  Success with WEE is dependent on WEE scientific knowledge and application.  They are protecting that.  Its all about the money and no matter what other political problems are happening the more cash in hand will win the day.  Mexico needs the oil pumping, end of story as I can see it.
