Tyco is buying Brink. Cadbury deal etc.

Looks like the big players are putting a long term price on asset.

Overall, WEE will benefit from stability in market environment, oil rebound and hope in Economy.
We rise higher than the tide.

So that just a cushion.
The real rise is the next big contract.

Another day closer.
