Volker Rule... Oil... and WEE

Volker rule would limit oil speculation for Banks at least and a few other but will not stop oil speculation all together.
Regardless, speculation is just marking price chart more volatile and confusing people.

A more stable oil price could help Oil Asset manager to predict l-t oil price and adopt POWERWAVE.

More noise than anything.

Oil should have risen sharply higher together but it was hampered by news of Volker rule.

This could explain why WEE was a WEEbit weak today as some trader were unloading energy related stock.

Not a major concern, imo.
