The old axiom about actions speaking louder than words has proven to be true over time.
   This CEO's has been big on promises/projections and fallen way short on performance.
    Whether any of the current confusion is his fault or not is a moot point.
They either have a very poor Corporate Plan or very poor implementation strategy.
      In either case he is the CEO and the buck stops there.
       With most successful Co. it's perform/inform or replace. There have been many examples of that lately.
           GM being the most recent and the SP had a nicepop when they brought in a fellow with a great
           track record .
