program I do not think it is unreasonable to expect management to at least make an effort at damage control.
Surely with all the Agents they have around the world along with their own sales efforts there must be something positive they could announce. Maybe as you suggest if I called  Brett I might get some answers but I think it would be more prudent if he provided them to all shareholders and investors in general.
If they really are cutting into the backlog why not give an uodate?
After what the Co.has put the shareholders through over the last few months a little consideration and hand holding IMO is in order.
Just my opinion but damage control program properly implemented is always a positive
