For the moment, the operations part of his job must be quite easy to handle given the few tools currently installed. As for business development, let's say that it's not going as fast as investors are expecting.

Some people are going to start to feel some pressure if they don't get results in the sales department in the coming months. Perhaps some help on the business development side will be required. But not another executive that gets $300k / year wether or not the company succeeds. We need some incentives with options priced above $3 in order to motivate these guys.
