and when i return, hopefully we are back on track from this minor setback and carry on with the micro plant, pursuing permit etc and utilizing the lessons learned and takeaways in the past month and continue moving forward as Gryphon was one of several companies that was interested in buying the property. obviously, the next sale arrangement is going to have to preclude all of said issues experienced with this previous armature effort.
