Actually riverrow, the green light has been on for quite sometime! The problem with what was allowed to happened with the WHY scam rests squarely in the lap of the Alberta Securities Commission. The ASC is corrupt! I repeat, the ASC is corrupt!
We need a National securities regulator in this country!

Take Kherson's posts with a giant grain of salt, he was the leader of the Poseidon pump gang, and we all know what a massive fraud that was.
Really? Im not surprised. Thanks for the info. He, like most of the bashers here need to realize that this property will eventually be sold. OF COURSE Im not happy with the screwup of the last month but that doesn't change the fact that this is a valuable property and IMHO, other parties are interested in it. The best thing the guys underwater can do it let it sit and wait. Frank will either sell or develop the property. Hes not going to jail and lawsuits will go nowhere. Sit and wait. All IMHO and DYODD
