It’s always been a low volume, stable stock

It’s always been a low volume, stable stockAlways.   There are pretty strong hands with this low float.  Every week or so we hit new 52's...  the ATH is one major NR away.  We're talking 2-3 bucks minimum with a permit and customer.   I base this on historical results.   The headwinds for Mining and O&G are strong but a quarry permit for green material is about the best optics a leaf licking BC government can do.  For now.   Once the quarry permit is done, the revenue comes in and a massive buyout will ensue.   This is how this sleeping giant can awake.
Of course, imho
