WHY in hot water!

Looks like the SEC is making some changes....just got this email in my TD Ameritrade account.     Has a long list of stocks affected and WHY is on it!

SEC is making change but no reflection on the CDN listed stocks per se ... A&W royalty s on the list too FWIW. Sophisticated American investors lose flexibility here. This change was announced in May so if you are hearing about this only now then change brokers. :-)
