RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Strange ?well their debt settlement agreement looks like it was with themselves. So they're basically issuing more shares to themsleves at $0.60
Dilution sucks, but it also means they see some future upside. I hope it means they believe the shares will go up soon, but theres no way to know. 
The market doesnt seem to think its going up, otherwise the share price would be higher than today's 0.55 and almost no trading..
its still a roll of the dice. I've heard the word "should" a million times in my life. Not once has it ever happened the way it "should".
