Another thought ! feb 12 placing announced - no takers no money raised - not a cent SO placing is extended And then re classified - no takers not a cent raised
Now it is EXPANDED and extended .Why was it expanded ? No one wanted it since feb ? I believe the answer is most likely ( I am guessing here mind ) the TSX would not allow another extension without a change to a meterial term of the issue . Clever little ploy perhaps ? Keep changing the terms so it's not ( legally) the same placing
