I'm struggling to understand why the permit process has not been documented in more detail.

This  was quoted to be submitted in early 2019 and yet with difficult times more desktop reports should not have been affected especially when funding was in place. Can anyone tell me how likely this is to get passed as my patience with regular progress is running thin and I have my doubts.

Time is running out with overheads and loans accruing with only premier lender winning...

Agreed on the challenge to fully understand the permit process. I made many calls to complete my DD. BC MMO, regional and counter processes are segregated. A number is not assigned until the application is submitted. Applications do not get an official number anf acknowledgement until it is deemed fully complete so the timeline clock game starts. Frustration is that a low risk quarry mine
