I have a hard time to follow management. They put out a news release everytime somebody exercises 100 warrants, but publish new financial numbers with none? I think they usually have 45 days to publish a 43-101 document to support nee numbers no? IMO. MoneyK

Not sure of the specific rules surrounding that. Assumedly, however, the KPM report they say they are expecting to recieve asap (hopefully) will be complete and included in the May MD&A. Traditionally their MD&As have been released at the end of May. If this is the case, there will be puclic information compiled by a third party including: (a) a detailed design and economic evaluation of

In my opinion, they should concentrate their energy getting up to 1M tons of bulk magnesium @ $500 US with solid long term contracts and sell that project for 5x - 10x the EBITDA in the next couple of years. At a certain point, $2B to $4B US should make most shareholders happy? The commercial plant is 4-5 years away at minimum and who knows where the magnesium price will be at that point. MoneyK

page 20 of the 2022 corporate presentation indicates commercial production late 2026 early 2027. And thats only if things go as planned. And you are correct, there is no way to know what magnesium prices are, or any other factors that affect profitability. If we get a NPV calculation by a third party that is favorable, it should pump the share price, good for us and good for raising the capital

The PFs-2 seems to indicate 1.3B CA of after tax NPV 10%. Not sure why the jump from 5% to 10%... But I'm sure theres room to work with. MoneyK

The Feb 14 news release said they're asking KPM to make a "43-101 compliant report" and record ridge magnesium production plant. The problem is that they allegedly already asked KPM for these reports as per their November 2021 MD&A The corporate presentation says "Updated PEA Highlights Based on PFS-Stage 2 (2021)" which means that WHY created this NPV using whatever

  it is after all a mining junior in the tax casino so we continue to hurry up and wait.   It has gotten further than 98% of the mining complies listed historicly so that's key.   The one thing that is encouraging is the accumulation of the last 4 months.

No has mentioned anything about the actual Permit, if it's granted, or when I should say, what will this do to the share price? The permit makes all of this a reality.

A permit and signed contract = 110M USD of EBITDA per year @ 250 tons per year. How much is a 1$ dividend per year worth today? At least 2$ for a 3 year contract in my opinion... Thats my conservative target. MoneyK

The permit seems to be a no brainer for the government of BC. The mine will have minor impacts for the region and there are no significant FN groups that could reasonably claim traditional land use impacts or rights.There were no significant issues accordingly to my discussions with both regulatory and company reps per the preliminary review. Their communication with shareholders is terrible. The expectations they create are unrealistic and non credible.

People can't focus on a stock like this when the directors fail hit deadlines with simple reports, especially months late

and absolutely no communication other than hired promotoers talking about 40 bagger and inches from the finish line. Nothing meaningful... ever.  Months late? It has to be recieved to be months late. It can't be late if it never comes in at all..
