5I Research Investments were asked today to provide a list of the top 5 Canadian companies they think have the greatest upside over the next few years and here are their top 2 companies - please note that both are also two of the top favourites of Donville Kent Asset Management.

NUMBER ONE: Wishpond Technologies (WISH.V)
NUMBER TWO: ADCORE (ADCO.T /ADCOF)

Both the share prices of Wishpond and Adcore are seriously undervalued right now and thus have an incredibly amount of upside. Considering too that investors are now moving back to Adtech and E-commerce stocks these low share prices will not be around much longer.

Not disagreeing that these stocks are undervalued, however, a bit of clarification is required. What they actually said was "some names to consider could be" and they went on to list four companies. Also, while some questions ask them to list them in order of preference,  this one did not so they were not ranked in any particular order. For the curious, the other two companies

I was told to not catch a falling knife.  Looks like this one justs keeps falling in price.  Maybe it continues to $1.00-1.25 judging by its chart.

Funny. I was told tby some guy with the initials W.B. to buy good companies and hold them long-term. Some other guy told me to also avoid trying to time the market. This one is doing amazing right now making it the ideal combination of value and growth stock. Beacon has it at 3.50 = 140% upside and average price target 3.00 which is still 100% upside. No problem Dara. The only issue I had was that you were saying that WISH was their #1 pick which was not the case. It was merely the first one listed of four companies that were not in any specific order. Note that I was previously a shareholder of WISH but I just didn't like the way that the SP was moving.  I like Donville as well and I asked their office when he's likely to return

@retiredcf - in response to the question to list their top 5 companies with the most upside, the first company 5i Research investments listed was WISH.V and then Adcore. They did NOT say that they "were not in any specific order" as you stated above. This is your interpretation and you're adding words that were not provided by them. I take issue with that. But, as I noted, there are

Only when they are specifically asked in a question to list them in order of preference, do they do so and they indicate as such in their response. Otherwise (as is most often the case), they just list names as happened here. I'm done but I hope WISH does well for you. GLTA

Dara  I would agree with the above answer by retiredcf. Unless specifically asked to rank them in order of preference ( 1-5 ) 5I Research does not list ranking order.  *The question has to be specifically worded to rank 1-5 * Dara ,  I believe you are misinterpreting the listings.

As noted, the question asked them to name their top 5 and the first company they named was WISH followed by ADCORE (this could be interpreted in different ways, as I conceded, and quite possibly the way you suggest). However, they did not as @retiredcf explicitly stated say they were listing them in no particular order (rather, he added that to their response, I presume because

Sorry , you must know more about me than i know about you Lol . I think we may have to patient with some of the techs . I own 3 out of the 4 QUIS is the other one . Follow JD as well.
