Why is this Board so quiet?

With material share positions owned by Kinross (a solid gold et al producer) and Altius (an opportunity driven royalty co) why is this stock not being followed?

Jurisdiction risk. Maine is not a mining state, Wolfden is the first player in this field. If they can pull it off (News within next 4 months), this will be massive.
