I imagine the meeting is to determine if they want to agree to NVM conditions. The Norwegians have had plenty of time to comply with the agreement and the extensions. Norway is not a member of the EU and awashed oil krone.The promise of monies (carrots)  just may be that, a promise. If they stall again or do not agree, in the parlance of the sport fisherman, cut em loose! I think NVM is in a superior position if in fact they have the goods in the ground. One need not have a crystal ball to see where the Scanmag/NVM is headed.
