No. He's a dreamer like most people/Canadians (I am one too Eh) 

A dreamer...like and a couple who take out their rrsps to open a local coffee shop and keep sinking money into it dreaming that one day it will be successful. 

Facts are facts which is why the Dragons and Sharks due their dudiligience after the pitches/deals. 85% of their deals fall through because the truth (facts) financials and junk come out
