As a company they were incorporated in 1966, changed names and jurisdiction many times and changed the direction of the business many, many, many times all the while continually raising money. A year in WMG time is ten years in real time. Do yourself a favor and sit down with with a business analyst and an accountant and scrutinize the prospectus they posted to SEC with a microscope, then go through at least the last ten years of news releases and SEC filings you can find and compare what they said and what they accomplished, if you feel good about things give them your money. A lot of people feel shafted.
