Well genius, what your long winded post didn't mention, is that shareholders as yet don't know what tweaks and adjustments are needed ?
Are specialized parts needed that require some time to procure ?
They haven't reported getting to any regular production of product so all your math is irrelevant until that happens.
You stated you wouldn't bother to visit the site, so you won't know if the current site lends itself to full scale production or not. 

Does it have rail or means of storing large quantities necessary for large quantities of production?
Right, you can't answer those questions as can no one else until visiting the site and talking to those involved?
Are you also an Alliance shareholder or director?
