yes, it is definitely firming up. Another thought I had was on the court case (which I know nothing about) but let's consider the possibilities. If indeed Sever believes he has a right to the technology, then it is obviously worth fighting for, otherwise he wouldn't be wasting his time. And who would know better than him? So clearly the technology has merit... for any doubters. The second point is, let's assume worst case and Sever wins everything he's asking for. He's not going to make any money if whatever agreement he works up with Western Mag makes the company non-operable. Yes it would cut into profits some, but if the project doesn't go forward, then nobody is going to get anything out of this. Including Sever. And that's the worst case. If on the other hand Sever loses, then he loses and WMG wins. Period. JMHO...
