Nebulous, confusing and indeterminate? 'These custom and proprietary improvements will increase reliability as we progress forward'
So it's not reliable now?
'These proprietary upgrades have increased the vast technical knowledge of the Technical Team and will provide irreplaceable experience for the future Commercial Plant.'
'This gives us greater confidence and insight as we work with our engineering firms in planning the build out of the larger commercial facility.”
So there was a lack of confidence before?
Planning not 'building' as stated in the 18 Oct 2021 NR?
Oh but surely they just 'misstated' it.
Right? (a small boo boo)
'The value of our technical and software upgrades gives Western Magnesium the ability to have a full package solution for the licensing of our technology in the near future.'
Full package solution?
Interesting, please tell us more.
Progress forward, future, planning, near future...
Sounds pretty definitive if you take past progress into account.
Planning the build out of the larger commercial facility means at least 5 years if ever with this company, best case scenario.
Years more of tweaking, testing, experimenting, gaining confidence and insight, no doubt.
Licensing?
What does that mean?
Is licensing viable before this is proven on a commercial scale?
Who would pay big bucks to license an unproven process?
Just because it works on a demonstrator doesn't mean it works at a production scale, lots of things don't.
Also lots of questions.
And why were the AGM's canceled?
The July 25th, 2022, August 3rd, 2022, and September 1st, 2022AGM’s were cancelled due to significant milestones that required additional time to complete which were relevant for discussions with shareholders.
Discussions with shareholders?
Huh
What discussions?
Do you mean news releases?
They had to cancel 3 AGM's because they wanted some good news?
Don't think that qualifies as a legitimate reason to cancel required meetings.
No doubt there will be more 'discussions' as a result of not holding the meeting when required.
Hopefully we get some real news in the 'near future' as these NR's sound more like damage control prior to an AGM that they cannot justify to cancel a forth time.
Just don't like being led down the garden path if that is what these are.
