Re:  what mine are they getting from ,   why      will it take 5 years ++++ to do this  They don't need a mine (so not sure why they hired a mining expert) As they have said several times they will buy ore from local sources. They do need a plant, factory, smelter...to make magnesium metal though. The leased warehouse in Burnaby can't make that kind ...more

KTD said "Always the same response, crickets. Big NR on how the have secured purchase agreements for 25,000 MT of MG but silent on how, from where, when?"  Looks like you got your answer
Comment by RawSienna on Feb 08, 2023 10:30am
That NR specifies IS securing, not HAVE secured in the future. "Through this definitive agreement, CCMA is securing 25,000 metric tonnes for purchase from future production from our main plant." and later mentions "commercial pilot plant" so they are referring to future production from Ohio I take it, as they definitely differtiate between the two plants.

Stockprobe, Did you read the news release...carefully? WASHINGTON,D.C.–TheNewswire–February 8, 2023–WesternMagnesiumCorporation(WMC)(TSXV:WMG);(Frankfurt-3WM);(OTC:MLYF)(“WesternMagnesium”orthe“Company”)is pleased to announce the Commercial Pilot Plant is ready to move into the final stage of continuous metal production.   All necessary required mechanical upgrades identified during ...more

KTD did you read the news release carefully.  "to supply magnesium metal from our Commercial Pilot Plant.” That is pretty clear to me that it's NOT from a different site. Keep up with constant bashing, you seem to be the replacement for all the others that got deleted.

Still sitting in the bushes waiting for the reverse split, with 90% probability of pulback on SP, and 3rd party published assessement reports. As for the latter, I mean actual 3rd part assessment reports posted on Web site and submitted to SEDAR. With a FED induced, Russian hydrocarbon sanctioned recession in full swing, I'll wait for the recession bottom on that as well. The pilot plant ...more

I think you're correct about the pilot plant in all aspects and I doubt it will get them to their final destination of the "main plant"  or Nasdaq as they are to far behind in finances and timelines right now. I believe they should have started the pilot operation in the United States to begin with, a huge mistake in my eyes.
Comment by RawSienna on Feb 08, 2023 11:44am
At this time, our pilot plant is tested and able to produce XXX pounds per hour/day/month etc. and we have orders for  XXX pounds/tons etc of magnesium is the headline people wanted to see. Headlines for the past 10 years have been spectacular and they still put them out today, but people want real numbers because they are sceptical now.

Bashing.  You are an idiot.  You call anyone that asks for answers a basher.  Everything is clear to to you. How much Mg can the CPP produce? When? Let's see where things are after the AGM , in six months, likely still 'ready'  How is your ark coming along?

A post I can agree on.

Just look at your last year of posts. Mostly copy, paste, same rhetoric, nothing new to add just a constant spewing of the same old, same old, a barrage of meaningless gibberish to fill 10 pages to make it look like there is some kind of knowledge there.  Then you finish it off with some off color comment to garner a few laughs from your sidekicks.  You just got answers from the ...more
