Good day
In your post you asked why I would say that the real
shareholders will have spoken when the results of the annual meeting retain the current board of directors and personnel.
It is simple really, real shareholders of any company, not
just Western Mag, vote with their money, you either believe
In the investment or you don't.
If you do, your money stays, you vote for and with the board.
If you don't believe in the direction of affairs or the capacity of the parties to obtain the objectives then you simply remove your money to other opportunities !
To continually participate in a board and express great
profundity in the affairs of the company and continue to
ridicule and make small any achievements can only serve
to speak to other agendas.
If one holds shares it would seem severely counter productive to promote an agenda that in no way supports
the company and the stock price.
And to promote one's self as a concerned seeker of truth,
as in looking to protect all the naive shareholders is just
not believable.
Any person involved in holding shares of a junior speculative company is fully aware of their money being at risk.
The one's on here speak of truth and openness.
None provide answers or reasons.
In past posts I have laid my truth on the table, that being that I do own shares, that I do believe in the board and personnel and their capacity to carry this project forward !
As such my money stays and my vote follows my money !
But now I ask you others
What is your truth?

Truth is ever since a group of cronic bashers have been silenced a new group has emerged. Even though they are less outrageous they are just as cronic. Paid bashers always find a way. What is their truth? That is a non existant word in their vocabulary.

F U with your basher theory, the fact is the company is run by incompetent people who only hire incompetent people. Just look at the share price.
