Wow, this was a real eye-opener to me.
I never realized it takes this long to get your financials audited.
And the whole time that it's going on, there's no news except that some Director stepped down because of 'health reasons'.
Has anybody heard about any progress on the full scale production mega plant they have said that they are building in Harrison county Ohio a few years ago?
Or moving the commercial pilot plant from Burnaby BC to Nevada where they were building a brand new research and development facility?
Or of the licensing of the full packages of the technology?
or fulfilling the purchase agreement that they have got signed?

Any sign of the two resident liars on this board?

And some people said this company is a scam.

I suppose we need to look on the bright side KTD.  At least the gas lighting has been kept down to a dull roar in the last 4 months with only the continuously reverberating overtones of the previous gas lightings to wrap our heads around.  But really I think it's very fitting that they say nothing.  Like a guy who burns your house down and then doesn't even feel that they

I guess there are a few ways to interpret their silence.  1 They haven't done anything since the AGM. 2 They have absolutely no respect for their shareholders 3 The company has evaporated (sublimated?) 4 They only have bad news, so better not to say anything 5 They haven't paid their power bill so they can't type out a            news release

Taking all that you said into account, and stepping back and looking at the big news release picture, I think each of us must ask ourselves the following question. Have they ever even made the metal as specified? Kind of an important question to resolve in one's mind, no?  Given everything, is it easier to believe that this company made the metal and achieved at least that goal, or is it
