DELINQUENT PERIODIC FILINGS As discussed in more detail above, the Respondent is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, has repeatedly failed to meet its obligation to file timely periodic reports, and failed to heed a delinquency letter sent to it by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with its periodic filing obligations or, through its failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules, did not receive such letter.

Just called management

Whoever posted that management doesn't answer or return calls is making a FALSE statement. Take those posters with a grain salt as having any credible knowledge. I called management, had no difficulty at all talking to them and everything is advancing as planned. As usual the same group of posters like to make false statements, accusations and like to drum up something from nothing. It's pathetic how these losers have nothing better to do.
