No more excuses. Western Wind and Pacific Hydro have agreed to settle (see press release). The terms are very favorable. Just as a reminder...the company gets $5 mm a year in revenue, has a 120 MW project in late stage development which will kick off $35-40 mm a year, will kickstart Arizona, and has already locked up some land for it's CA Initiative.
