Wind has 35 MW ($140 mm value). In addition, few if any publicly traded wind companies have 140 MW of bonified projects under development with transmission, site control and power purchase agreements. In addition, the California Initiative will yield significantly more. Not to mention the solar proposal to go on the wind properties. I'd say there is some pretty seious upside. Waiting until $1.50 to buy? You sound like Hemi-roid.
