news release...no debtWND just came out with a news release saying the private placement closed and the money is in the bank. That means the PHL loan has been paid off and the company has money left over for operating expenses. With no debt...and an increase in revenue from the Mesa project...look for positive earnings next quarter. And the Windstar project has not even been accounted for in the stock price. I'd expect some positive news on it in the near term as well. The revenues from Windstar will be more than 4-5 times larger than Mesa. And with the stock getting a US listing in a few months....look out.
