RE: RE: RE: RE: SIBMy understanding is this is not jsut a regular share buyback. If that were so you are correct it would be done at market prices. This is a SIB (significant issuer bid) which means that basically. that they will be putting a value that they want to buy 20 million shares at. This value by the sounds of things will be based on this valuation that the third party is doing for the company.
I would think that we should see some share appreciation with the first phase being done and valueing this company substantially above market value at this time.
