RE: RE: RE: Getting ready to sell????- One remote possibility is that WND might get a higher bid than AQN, but if major shareholders have signed lock-out agreements with AQN, I don't see how WND entertains another bid.
- One good thing that comes out of this news release is that WND is putting it up for sale with a prospective buyer willing to pay $2.50. However, the final takeover may be negotiated at a premium to this offer as there might be a competing bid lurking out there. I highly doubt WND goes for $5 per share. $2.50 is certain, somewhere between $2.50 and $5.00 is a possibility
