RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Windstar on line ......Sorry for the confusion, I just suspect that a SIB may not happen because I can't remember where I read it, but there was mention that the tax grants would be used to pay off the LT debt on Windstar and Kingman (I'll try to dig it up).. Personally at this point, is a SIB really necessary? WND has so many projects in the pipeline.
