Yea Its safe to say that most shareholders received the yellow proxy forms first, and also I think most people that hold shares of WND did at least read all the press releases that came out in the past few weeks about the sale and I can safely presume that most of the 10,000 people that hold stock in WND know what they are doing due to the fact that just knowing about this company is kinda impressive because for at least for a long period of time it has been so under the radar.
Plus this board alone holds around 7% of stock and voted yellow!
