There is no guarantee that the bids will be $3 or higher.

What if the max bid is only $2.75? Or $2.50?

Where there is risk, there is opportunity, but the risk remains.

And it could be three to four months out, so considering the risk with the US election and the general world economy, there is time risk as well.

Nothing can be taken for granted, even though the value seems to be there.
