UPDATE From Lawrence "We are releasing very limited information during the sale process. We have about 19 NDAs signed by companies who have reviewed confidential info in our data room. Interested parties have submitted initial non- binding numbers and expressions of interest. A number of these companies have moved on to phase two and are doing much more detailed due diligence which will take up to 60 days. They will then present a final number and enter into negotiations with WND. The board will recommend acceptance to the highest bidder."
We ask shareholders to be patient during the process which should lead to beneficial results for all shareholders.
